DINAMICO Corporation has been incorporated since February 2002. We are an investment property company focusing on luxury housing in the Hill Section of Scranton. Our goal is to provide Safe, Efficient, Comfortable, and Modern Housing for students and young professionals in the area. Since the demand is increasingly higher every year, we have built and/or rehabbed many low-density new construction homes. Our designs offer spacious and open layouts in all floor plans. After these units are created and rented, our next priority is to maintain them well in order to keep improving the neighborhoods. We feel that our forward progress has been very successful. We measure our achievements by positive feedback and compliments from neighbors and tenants. Taking properties whether land or distressed homes and creating a functional while aesthetic structure is pleasing to everyone. "At the end of the day, we all live in the same neighborhood!"
